· Base salary: ABS Characteristics of Employment (August 2024) and Seek salary insights (2025) medians for each role.

· Super: 12% (legislated from 1 July 2025).

· Payroll tax: 5.45% NSW. Only applies above the $1.2M threshold; we include it conservatively. Lower in other states.

· Workers compensation: 1.4% average (varies by industry classification).

· Leave loading & accrual: 4 weeks annual + personal leave priced at ~2.5% of salary.

· Recruitment & onboarding: A$6,000 average per hire amortised + 3 months at 50% productivity.

· Equipment, desk, software: ~A$3,000/year per seat.

· Management overhead: 10% of salary (HR + performance + cover when sick).

· Easier Clinic pricing: Growth package mid-point (A$5,250/mo + A$4,500 setup) for 2–4 seat equivalent; Scale mid-point for 5+.
